English learners basically vary on their level. There are some who are beginners, others are intermediate, and a few of advanced. But despite of these  various levels this doesn’t limit the beginner and intermediate students to have a presentation. Student presentation is one of the best activities that tests students’ speaking skills and can help them improve their self- esteem, communication skills and wittiness. 
Never limit yourself, don’t get scared and if you failed, don’t give up just try again and again. Learn from your mistakes and do more for the next time. Challenge yourself! – this would lead you in becoming a better English speaker.
